Refund Policy

Application for Returns/Refunds

Our company do not provide any buyer change-of-mind or refunds once an order had been placed thru our website at https://shopnicsport.com and shipped to other countries outside of Malaysia.

Thus, our 30-day Easy Return Guarantee only applicable to Buyers from Malaysia, where their order was shipped to addresses within Malaysia.

However upon Buyer’s request, we would like to to assist Buyers in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Buyers may communicate with our company privately to resolve any changes or modifications for their order after the order had been placed. Buyer will have to pay for any additional changes to their order item(s) and applicable shipping charges.

Any excess amount paid by the Buyer in the event where Buyer decide to change / decrease items costs will not be refundable, but exchanged with another Item of equal value, as agreed between our company and the Buyer.

We would compensate or exchange an item with another item of equal value, as agreed by Buyer, however this is only possible before our manufacturing factory start producing the pre-order items that Buyer had ordered.

We do not encourage Buyers to file dispute or take chargeback from their credit card/banking institution without informing our sales representatives. By doing so, it will take a longer duration to process your dispute between our payment gateway processors such as iPay88 and PayPal.

Please contact us immediately if you require any assistance in terms of refund/returns/exchange of items, we will be glad to reponse to your enquiries in the fastest time possible.

Application for the Return of an Item or 30-day Easy Return Guarantee

Buyer may only apply for an exchange or return of the Item(s) ordered in the following circumstances:

  • the Item(s) is still packed in its original packaging with tags intact;
  • the Item(s) was not worn, soiled, stained or washed;
  • the Item(s) was not damaged, altered or torn in normal usage in any circumstances;
  • the Item(s) received has originally physical damage (e.g. stained, material imperfections, loose wools);
  • the Item(s) delivered that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to the Buyer;
  • the Item(s) delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the Item;

Buyer will have to return the item to our address at their own costs, we are not responsible if the parcel was lost or damaged during delivery.

Our company will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.

Liability of Return Shipping Fee

i) In the scenario of an unforeseen error (i.e – damaged, stained or wrong Item(s) delivered to the buyer), our company will bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
iii) In the scenario where the Buyer requests additional item(s) (not included in original order), the Buyer will have to bear the shipping/import taxes (if any) at full expense.

Communication Between Our Company and Buyer

We encourage Buyers to communicate with our company’s representatives in the event where problem arises in a transaction or during production/delivery process.
