you will need to wait at least 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected back into your account. please make sure that you had sent us back the items for inspection before we can proceed with the refund process.

if you still haven't receive your items, please submit an enquiry to us here. We're sorry for inconveniences, and we will look up your order ID and tracking number to check with our shipment providers.
yes, our website are fully secured using the highest standard of SSL and e-commerce standards. both our payment methods, PayPal and iPay88 are renowned and globally recognised for their security and efficiency.
we will usually send out both items once your pre-order / back-order items had arrived at our warehouse. therefore, we only charged one time shipping fee. you may need to wait until all your items arrive.
if your transaction failed, you can go to My Account > Orders and click to Pay again. it will load your products into cart, and allow you to try the payment method.
