Agent Registration

you're upgrading your existing Customer account to an Agent account. therefore, you can still continue to login as Customer + Agent using your existing account (same e-mail and password)

This agreement is executed on this date, by Nic Sport and Fitness Centre and You (the submitter of this digital form) the following terms and actions:

Overview

Nic Sport and Fitness Centre is engaged in manufacturing and sales of Sportswear that intend to expand its reach for recognition and sales; the Brand Agents/Ambassadors is a recognized entity/personality and in a position of influence providing reviews and advocating efficient means of sales funnel to purchase the products at shopnicsport.com

The Parties agree and acknowledge that Brand Agents/Ambassadors shall perform promotion services of products found in shopnicsport.com and actively promoting and exercise the duties required as stated in this Contract.

Brand Agents/Ambassadors shall promote any products introduced in shopnicsport.com by making use of own personal Facebook account or in conjuction with Nic Sport's official Facebook page, Instagram and other social media channels deemed as necessary.

Contract Duration

If you're signing up to become our Brand Agents, this contract shall be binded to you as long as you're promoting Nic Sport's products thru your own agent link or coupon code. 

If you're signing up to become our Brand Ambassadors, this contract shall bind a ONE(1) Year term as long as you're in good terms and respect this contract and the commission rates offered to you.

Compensation Agreement

As a return of the completed tasks, Nic Sport shall give the compensation and commissions based each Agent/Ambassador's product sales thru shopnicsport.com's e-commerce portal and will be reimbursed to the Bank Account stated in this form. Meanwhile, you given the rights to Nic Sport and Fitness Centre to have full use and copyright/ownership of your images/reviews/testimonies/videos containing Nic Sport brand or products in any social media or printed publications.

Product Use and Ownership

The Brand Agents/Ambassadors shall use the marketing materials provided by Nic Sport and Fitness Centre at no expense, and shall agree that in such provision of products, the Brand Agents/Ambassadors can not, and may not subject the products provided for resale.

Should the Brand Ambassadors decide to discontinue this binding Contract, the Brand Ambassadors shall notify Nic Sport and Fitness Centre 30 days prior to such action.

Violation of this Contract

If another individual or whistleblowers reported claims that Brand Agents/Ambassadors under such situation(s):

1) misrepresenting or misuse Nic Sport products or logo to provide false claims or statement;
2) causes harm to Nic Sport's company or brand
3) making product sales by other means by cheating or for own personal gains, giving false informations customers or prospects on Nic Sport's online sales procedure;
4) do not duly complete the required duties (for Ambassadors only);
5) representing other brands of the same category while actively promoting Nic Sport's products (for Ambassadors only)

As a result, Nic Sport and Fitness Centre shall hold or cancel any commissions on your account, or terminate your account without any further notice.
